Sign Up for Employee Self Service (ESS) Today!
Experience the convenience and control of managing your employee information online, whenever and wherever you have Web access. Simply log on to ESS to verify, manage and update your employee information from one convenient site.

With ESS, you can:

	Manage personal information
	Manage direct deposit and tax withholding information
	Manage benefit information
	Access and print pay stubs and W-2's (2007 or later)
	Access and print other useful CSK forms

All W2’s for the tax year 2007 were mailed prior to January 31^st, 2008. If you need a duplicate W2, you may reprint your own copy using the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal.

1. Log on to ESS, if you have previously registered to use that service. If you are not a registered ESS user, first follow these steps to register.

2. Click Money from the menu at the top of the screen.

3. Click Annual Statements from the menu on the left side of the screen.

4. Click 2007 to open your W2 in a PDF format.

You may use the PDF viewer icons to print, save, or email your W2.

1. Go to CSKTECH Online Close all other browser windows and tabs before starting.

2. Log on using your LAN account information (the same user ID and password you use to log on to your computer or email). As soon as you log on, click on the Instructions link for further instructions on completing the course.

You’ll also see a FAQ link that addresses the answers to some frequently asked questions.  If you run into any challenges, first refer to the FAQ link or ask your department admin for assistance.  If you still need help:
